Mixed reaction to nighttime use of Goffstown Rail Trail

A proposal to allow nighttime use of the Goffstown Rail Trail drew mixed reviews at a hearing Monday night.  Selectmen David Pierce had proposed an amendment to allow nighttime use as long as the user has a flashlight or bicycle light. Under the current ordinance, the 5.5 mile trail can only be used from sunrise to sunset.
