Distracted Belmont driver survives crash

A distracted driver drove into a utility pole in Belmont Saturday, causing a power outage and road closure. The driver, Deborah Woodin, 46, of Belmont, was injured in the single-vehicle crash on Dec. 16 and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
