Icy road causes Newbury auto accident

Route 103 in Newbury was closed for more than 12 hours, after a car skidded off the road and hit a utility pole. Matt Parker, 38, and his wife, Heidi suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Newbury Police Department.
