Franklin hosted its first ever whitewater festival over the weekend; an early step toward establishing a whitewater park on the Winnipesaukee River. Hopkinton solar project letter of intent
Hopkinton may soon have one of the largest solar projects in New Hampshire. Granite Apollo, a solar-power development company, recently signed a letter of intent with the local officials to develop a 17-megawatt project at the landfill it shares with Webster.
