Joyce also grew up in Hillsborough, and graduated from Keene State College. She is dedicated to giving back to her community, having served a Chair of the Hillsboro-Deering School Board and is a member of the Henniker Rotary Club.
In addition to her publishing duties, Joyce is the Owner/Broker of Red Coat Realty and the Owner of Red Coat Travel.
