Weare Police Department understaffed with excessive overtime
Weare Police Chief Sean Kelly discussed the issue of overnight coverage now that the warrant article for the 12th officer did not pass. He suggested a couple of options. Bishop Brady 5, Hillsboro-Deering 3: Max Lamora pitched a gem, striking out 10 in a complete-game effort to lead the Giants past the Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats, 5-3. H-D took a 2-1 lead in the second, but Lamora hit a two-run triple in the third to put the Giants back on top, 3-2.
