Hillsboro parking meters and Class VI Fire Lanes stir debate

At Tuesday’s Hillsborough Selectmen’s meeting, discussion of putting in parking meters downtown drew quick comments and criticism by some local residents. As things now stand, most of the downtown parking is limited to two hours, but with little enforcement, some spaces are used close to 24/7. Plans unveiled for a multi-purpose Hillsborough Community Center

Resident Becky Johnson met with the Hillsborough Selectmen to present her proposal to provide a multi-purpose Community Center complete with an indoor pool.
